I was spending too long trying to make this one sound better, so I stopped and just put up a basic track. I have noticed that I recorded it with my guitar with a capo on 3rd fret, which would have been fine for my voice pre-covid (when i was singing and performing regularly) but I seem to have lost 2-3 semitones from my range due to lack of use, hence the shoddy move of voice in the chorus. Never mind, we will get it back at some point (i hope).
